Updates: We have a couple of leaks on Water Boxes here on the Campground.
This means that water to the Cabins and Shower Houses will be shut off for a couple of days until the leaks can be repaired. This requires the water pipe to be dug up near the box and connection replaced which requires some muscles…..Anyone who can come to offer help would be greatly appreciated.
The water is on in the Dining Hall so restrooms/showers are available there for use this weekend. See you all on Friday night.
We will also be painting in the Matt Jones Building this weekend.

It is with great sorrow that we share this news with our camp family. Pastor Glenn Hamilton has been a beloved pastor and leader of Highlander Camp since its beginning. He truly had a servant’s heart and did everything cheerfully as “unto the Lord”.
Here are the words shared by his son David yesterday on Facebook, ” My father Rev.Glenn Hamilton, who pastored his first church in the Keystone (Oil City Conference) went to be with the Lord at age 97 yesterday in a Spring Arbor ,Michigan. He served churches as a pastor until age 94 and most recently did some preaching and pastoral visitation until two months ago. It is thought that at the time of his death he was the oldest ordained minister still living . He always had a smile and ministered to the whole community where he served.”
Glenn Hamilton’s funeral service will be at the First Church of God , in Eldred,PA. on Saturday, June 10 at 11am. Visitation will be at the church on Friday ,June 9 from 2-4 and 7-9. Visitation from 10 am until the service on Saturday morning. Arrangements have been made with Frame Funeral home in Eldred,Pa.
A memorial service will be held at the Free Methodist Church in Spring Arbor, Michigan on June 20 at 11am with visitation before the service at 10am
